1. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • You must inspect the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
  • If any of the following issues are found, please return the product immediately to the delivery person:
    • Damaged or defective product
    • Wrong color or size
    • Broken item
    • Missing items or accessories
    • Product mismatch or visibly incorrect item
  • Once the product is accepted and received, no return or refund requests will be accepted for these reasons.

2. No Return or Refund for Customer-Caused Damage

  • If a product is damaged, broken, or becomes faulty after delivery due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling, no return or refund will be applicable.
  • Customers are responsible for proper care and handling of all items once received.

3. Warranty Products (Gadgets, Electronics, etc.)

  • Some items, such as gadgets, electronics, or appliances, may come with a manufacturer or seller warranty.
  • In such cases, returns or repairs are allowed only if the issue is due to a verified technical fault, such as:
    • Device not turning on
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Functional failure without external damage
  • Warranty returns will not be accepted for:
    • Cracked screens
    • Water damage
    • Burned, dropped, or physically broken items
    • Any damage caused by the customer
  • Refunds are not applicable for products under warranty. We will offer repair or replacement only, as per warranty terms.

4. Return Process

  • If you return a product during delivery due to a valid issue, the product must:

    • Be in its original packaging
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags

5. Refunds (Where Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds (if eligible) will be made using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are accepted at delivery without inspection
